KVKK Application Methods

Requests under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698 may be submitted to Stayka using the method below.
Submitting a request
Send your request to info@stayka.co and clearly state that it concerns your KVKK rights, which right you wish to exercise, and enough contact information to reasonably verify the request belongs to you.
Suggested information
Name, contact information for the response, a clear explanation of the request and relevant supporting information. Do not send unnecessary national ID numbers, identity documents or sensitive data by email; additional verification is requested only when genuinely necessary.
Identity verification
Stayka may request proportionate verification steps to prevent personal data from being disclosed, corrected or deleted at the request of an unauthorized person.
Response period
Requests are handled as soon as possible and within the statutory maximum period, generally no later than 30 days. Fees may be requested only where and to the extent allowed by applicable rules.
Your rights
Your rights include learning whether data is processed, requesting information, learning the purpose, knowing recipients, requesting correction and—where conditions are met—deletion or destruction, notification to recipients, objecting to solely automated outcomes and claiming compensation for unlawful processing.
Complaint to the Authority
If you consider the response insufficient or receive no response within the statutory period, your right to complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board under the applicable conditions and time limits remains reserved.
