Cookie and Similar Technologies Policy
Last updated: 14 September 2026
Stayka does not use Google Analytics, advertising or marketing tracking cookies. The site only uses local browser storage for essential preferences, while the Google Maps iframe does not load without your choice.
Necessary / technical storage — active
The stayka_language record stores the interface language and stayka_cookie_consent_v3 stores your permission choice and its timestamp in localStorage on your device. They support preference management and proof of choice, not marketing. The cookie/map choice is renewed no later than every 180 days; both records may end earlier if browser data is cleared.
Functional preferences — on device
Language and the Google Maps choice are remembered only on the device. Stayka does not associate them with a server-side user profile or use them for advertising profiles.
Performance / analytics — not used
Stayka does not use Google Analytics or similar visitor analytics tools.
Advertising / marketing — not used
Google Ads, retargeting, behavioral advertising and marketing profiling are not used.
Embedded social media — not used
Stayka does not use social-media tracking pixels or automatically loading social-media plugins. External social links do not load third-party content until clicked.
Third-party Google Maps — after express permission
The interactive Google Maps iframe is blocked by default. Only after your separate and freely given choice does the browser connect to Google, which may process IP address, browser/device data, request time, approximate location and—if signed in—data associated with a Google account under its own terms. Refusal does not block access to Stayka content, and you may withdraw the choice at any time.
Managing preferences
You can change your preferences at any time using the button below. Turning map permission off prevents new Google Maps iframes from loading; you may need browser settings to remove data previously stored by third parties.
Optional third-party content is not loaded before the user's choice. Reject, manage preferences and allow maps are offered together on the first layer. Information and permission are separate; reading this policy does not constitute permission.
